Payment & Shipping

How will my payment be processed?
All payments made for orders on are processed through, a third party processing service. Payments are only authorized, not captured, so credit card information will not be stored.

Credit cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Chase Pay, and Samsung Pay.

How will my order be shipped?
All orders placed on are shipped directly from our warehouse using BESTWAY/SMART SHIPPING. Our system determines which courier will deliver your order quickest based on your shipping address.

How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, depending on product availability. For standard shipping, please allow 7 to 10 business days from date of purchase for delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, offers Free Standard Shipping with all orders.

What shipping methods do you offer?
We currently offer 3 shipping methods: Standard, 2nd Day (Rush Delivery) and Overnight (Expedited). See below for pricing and shipping time frames.

Standard: FREE
Order received within 7 to 10 business days

2nd Day: $19.99
Order received within 2 business days

Overnight: $39.99
Order received the next business day

PLEASE NOTE: all orders must be placed by 1:30 PM EST to start processing within the same business day. All orders placed after 1:30 PM EST will be processed next business day.  Please add $10 extra for Rush and Expedited to Hawaii and Alaska. Besante only processes orders once a day Monday-Friday, excluding weekends.

Can you ship to  P.O. BOXES ?
No, we do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO military addresses.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. However, Besante  Skin Care is currently sold in the USA currently and will expand internationally in July 2019. To shop products outside the U.S., see our list of Authorized Retailers.



How long do I have to return an item after purchase?
Besante Skin Care is committed to delivering on our astonishing results. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns on  orders within 60 days of the purchase date.

How do I return an item?
In order for us to process your returned item(s) from, you will need to enclose a copy of your invoice and clearly label outside packaging with a Return Authorization (RA) number. To receive your unique RA #, please contact us at 1-800-208-6412 or submit a request via Upon receiving your RA #, please ship returned item(s) to the address provided by our customer service rep.

More information about our return process is as follows:

• Item(s) sent back without an RA # will be returned to you and will not be refunded.
• To ensure a prompt and secure delivery to us, we recommend sending item(s) back using a courier service that provides a tracking number. We apologize, but return shipping fees are not refundable and we do not provide prepaid labels. 
• Once your order is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within an estimated time of 2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

What I do if the product I ordered arrives damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item(s), please DO NOT THROW AWAY the item(s). If you return the damaged or defective item(s) to us, we will gladly replace the item(s). Please submit a request via and include your phone number to receive instructions on how to proceed.

I’m unhappy with my order. Can I make an exchange? is unable to process exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective items. Your order may only be refunded and automatically applied to the credit card used to make the purchase.

Can I return items not purchase at
Only items purchased at may be accepted for return. If you purchased a Besante Skin Care item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
